About this class
55 Minutes All Levels Welcome Reformer—Abs Focus is a Reformer Pilates class designed to target the core muscles. Each class is different, with exercises targeting the lower and upper abdominal muscles, including the obliques and pelvic floor, with periods of rest and assisted stretching. Some lower-body and upper-body exercises are included to round out the class. All Reformer Pilates classes can be used to increase core and whole-body strength, develop flexibility and range of motion, rehabilitate injuries, reduce body pain and mental stress, and act as cross training to current exercise routines.

How to prepare
Welcome to Pilates Tempe! We've provided some helpful tips to make your first and all other visits go smoothly. If this is your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete an intake form and familiarize yourself with our studio. Wear flexible clothing (or change here and use our private shower room) and Pilates socks if you'd like (not required). Cubbies are available in each studio room for personal items. Equipment, towels, water, and toiletries are always provided. Enjoy your class!
How to get there
Our studio is located in Tempe, Arizona on the NE corner of Warner Rd and Kyrene Rd. Our building is just north of the Valero gas station and there is parking on both the west and east sides of the building. The front entrance is located in the breezeway through the double doors.
