About this class
Beginner - Intermediate An open reformer Pilates class, which draws on dynamic movements with the use of props, while allowing for minimal rests. A full body workout using the carriage in many different ways. This class combines length, strength, flexibility and balance, while maintaining a cardio component. A number of options are given for progressions and regressions to cater for all levels.

How to prepare
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. The instructor will go over the use of the reformer (or any other props you'll be using in studio and how to operate it, show you around the studio and answer any questions. They recommend wearing tights, leggings or shorts. You won’t require footwear for Reformer or Sweat and Control classes. Runners are to be worn in all other classes. They have 2 bathrooms with 1 shower (please bring your own bath towel for showering).
How to get there
Pilates Republic is located next to café Pomona and across the road from Preston West Primary School. There is a bus stop located next to the studio and the train and tram are in walking distance. Car parking can be located in Murray Road, directly out the front of Pilates Republic. There is also parking in the nearby sides streets (Fettling street and Jessie street). 482 Murray Road Preston 3072
