Intermediate- Preston at Pilates Republic
About this class
A dynamic class drawn from the fundamentals of classical Pilates, but also incorporating a cardio component. This class is designed to flow quicker than a traditional reformer class, while maintaining the quality of the movement. The class incorporates a number of props while making full use of the reformer (360 degrees). A full body workout with a number of different postures and positions, keeping the heart rate high. This class would be suitable for those who have experience in using a Pilates reformer.

How to prepare
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. The instructor will go over the use of the reformer (or any other props you'll be using in studio and how to operate it, show you around the studio and answer any questions. They recommend wearing tights, leggings or shorts. You won’t require footwear for Reformer or Sweat and Control classes. Runners are to be worn in all other classes. They have 2 bathrooms with 1 shower (please bring your own bath towel for showering).
How to get there
Pilates Republic is located next to café Pomona and across the road from Preston West Primary School. There is a bus stop located next to the studio and the train and tram are in walking distance. Car parking can be located in Murray Road, directly out the front of Pilates Republic. There is also parking in the nearby sides streets (Fettling street and Jessie street). 482 Murray Road Preston 3072
