Knowledgeable teacher! Great cues but there was no individual feedback. I have never been to a Pilates studio like this where the teacher performs the exercise in front of you. I prefer when they walk around and give feedback.

Great class. Could provide more options to accommodate for all level types in class. And would benefit from walking around and making corrections

Great class and instruction, only thing I’d say is the sequence didn’t feel like it counterbalanced the strong work in the hip flexors.

Maya is consistently rude and makes the class unenjoyable. Normally her class is difficult which is positive but today it was not challenging and unfortunately felt like a waste of the morning
