About this class

Enjoy an energizing mix of exercises on and off the Reformer including standing exercises using barbells and small hand weights. This 55-minute class will take you through a fun and dynamic full-body workout with energetic music. These exercises are designed to strengthen and sculpt your arms, shoulders and legs with barbells and small hand weights with a number of repetitions including several exercises on the reformer and tower! Feel the burn! All levels. Burns up to 600 calories, be prepared to sweat - bring toe socks, a towel and water!

How to prepare

You must wear grip socks to classes or you may purchase them at the studio. Comfy clothes, like leggings, T-shirt will work great. Bring a bottle of water. Pilates in the Canyon is located in the Orange Canyon Plaza near the Pacific Ranch Market at the intersection of Chapman and Newport Blvd in Orange.
