Physique HIIT HOW IT WORKS Join our Trainers as they take you through heart pumping sprints that combine the perfect blend of strength training and cardio. Jumping jacks, burpees, core and more in our signature Physique 57 results-driven style will have your metabolic rate stoked for days. WHO IT’S DESIGNED FOR The perfect complement to pulsing and squeezing, this is an excellent addition to your workout routine. The fun factor and intensity will be high, but we keep it low impact- options will be provided to tailor the exercises to meet your personal needs and fitness goals. BARRE TIPS **Athletic shoes required for support.**

How to prepare

Please note that first time students must arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. First time clients are not permitted into class once it starts. You must wear closed-toe full coverage socks in the studio during class; no shoes or bare feet are permitted. Grippy socks are available for purchase.

We are street level on the east side of 6th Ave.

This is by far my favorite class out of anything they offer! Any level can do it. But you definitely get a great cardio work out. Be prepared though, it’s pretty nonstop!
