Great class! We had a few new students so David took the time to teach the fundamentals and make adjustments in order to get the best out of the class. Great review for everyone!

Great place for a first timer to Bikram Yoga!

This is not a flow class. The format is very choppy. However, it was enjoyable.

Courtney was awesome! Really liked the environment. Especially yoga participant Tammy. Long standing member—what a good hearted person. Will be coming back next time I’m in Phoenix!

Did not enjoy at all. While the studio was large and there was plenty of mirror space, I completely was turned off by the instructor. I can have an appreciation for different techniques which he definitely has, but the two things I have to point out are beyond just simple differences in training. First, he made all 3 new students mid flow sit up and WATCH all the other students sit up from a laying down position. So not only did he specifically disrupt the flow but was awkward for such a simple move. Additionally, the instructor does the class with you. Ive been in classes like that before which I enjoyed, but this instructor almost seemed more into his own practice than leading a class. He tried to correct my form from 3 students away which took away from the flow of the class and also was quite embarrassing. I wont be back to say the least.

Absolute worst yoga class Ive ever attended. I have actually never left a bad review but I felt compelled to write this review after my experience. Reed Rahn led a bikram class I attended and from my entering the studio as a new quest he greeted my friend and I by admonishing is for being late(arrived five minutes early) and being class pass users. He proceeded to make passive aggressive comments about not only our technique and practice but singled out a new yoga student (by her admission, first yoga class ever) on her inability to complete the bikram asanas. He skipped three asanas, acknowledged it, and declined to include them. His ego during this class was incredible and that is not a compliment. He was not helpful nor supportive to the clearly inexperienced students and went so far as to ensure that he used the name of those that were not posed to his liking. I felt angry and uneasy the entirety of the class and would recommend avoiding this instructor if at all possible

This class is changing my life, I feel lighter and more balanced every time I leave.

An interesting class. Not really my style. The poses were fine but there was a different flow to the class than Im used to and a lot more talking by the instructor than was necessary for the skill level of the participants.

This was more of the traditional Bikram Yoga practice versus just hot yoga.
