About this class
This class is for mom! We are focused on giving Mom a safe workout, with capped class sizes to keep the little ones safe as well. While your little one (fingers crossed!) has some chill time, you get to work hard, sweat, and leave feeling invigorated! Program includes circuit based exercises for mom, If baby is having a rough day,not to worry, we can offer a variety of alternatives using your babe. What to bring: a car seat is ideal, or any of your baby's favourite toys. We also supply new toys to keep them occupied as long as possible!

What is ClassPass?
