About this class

A total body workout utilizing proper technique. You will use heavy bags, mitts, and other drills to give you a fun but tough workout. Kick Boxing is a great way to burn calories, build strength and flexibility, all while learning self defense. Classes are approximately 45 minutes.

What is ClassPass?
