About this class

Our Yin Yang Yoga class  will make a perfect active recovery day, combining elements of yoga that work towards improving your range of motion and flexibility. Bringing your own Yoga mat is highly encouraged.  We will begin with a Vinyasa style flow using our breath to move through each pose. Moving with intention this practice will build strength and endurance followed by a Yin styled floor series increasing flexibility through deeply held stretches. This class will enliven you and leave you feeling empowered to start your day.

How to prepare

Our Yoga, Bootcamps, Run Club and Kettlebell Club classes are scaleable and almost any level can dive in and get a great workout! Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries, wear comfortable clothes to workout in, and a water bottle.

How to get there

Head down Baltimore Hill towards Cathedral Park. Take a right on Bradford when you see the train tracks. We have plenty of parking, please do not park in front of any loading docks that have no parking signs.

What is ClassPass?
