About this class

Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to UpBeat tracks in this fun, supercharged power yoga workout. We’ll combine traditional Yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, push-ups, lunges, bicep curls and more!

How to prepare

Our Yoga, Bootcamps, Run Club and Kettlebell Club classes are scaleable and almost any level can dive in and get a great workout! Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries, wear comfortable clothes to workout in, and a water bottle.

How to get there

Head down Baltimore Hill towards Cathedral Park. Take a right on Bradford when you see the train tracks. We have plenty of parking, please do not park in front of any loading docks that have no parking signs.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
