HIIT stands for ”High Intensity Interval Training" Every second in this class is  upbeat, fun and super charged! Burn through explosive cardio and bodyweight drills and rise to a high intensity challenge! Incinerates your goals in 45 min flat! This class is for all levels!

How to prepare

Our Yoga, Bootcamps, Run Club and Kettlebell Club classes are scaleable and almost any level can dive in and get a great workout! Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries, wear comfortable clothes to workout in, and a water bottle.

How to get there

Head down Baltimore Hill towards Cathedral Park. Take a right on Bradford when you see the train tracks. We have plenty of parking, please do not park in front of any loading docks that have no parking signs.

What is ClassPass?
