About this class

Their CrossFit programming is designed to enhance daily functional movements and improve performance over 10 different fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Daily classes offer a constantly varied combination of Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Plyometrics, Running, Rowing, and body-weight movements to ensure our athletes are always challenged and entertained. CrossFit classes are 1 hour in length featuring a group warm up, strength/technique section, and WOD (workout of the day).

How to prepare

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. If you are new to Crossfit, Bootcamp, or any type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) we recommend eating 30-45 minutes prior to coming. Please consume something like a banana and almond butter, one slice of whole wheat toast with almond butter, etc. We offer filtered water if you bring a bottle or you can purchase water for one dollar.
