About this class

P2O’s Kettlebells class is an intense, cardio and muscle building fusion class created by UFC Fighter and RKC certified Danny Castillo. Using kettlebell and body weight exercises, this class will focus on improving cardiovascular tolerance and fitness, increasing muscle tone, strength and control, boosting metabolism, and increasing flexibility. Attention and instruction will be given to form, coordination, and appropriate power and speed output. This is a total body workout drawing on MMA principles, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Pilates and Yoga, combined and taught in a fun and extremely high-energy environment. Instructors challenge every individual to draw out their best effort and deliver amazing results.

The actual workout was good but the instructor wasn't informative at all...we stood in the front of the studio for a while not knowing where to go. no one was there ton help us or show us around.

Danny does a great job of keeping the class fast paced with countdowns and explaining the sets. You know where you are and you know where youre going. Great motivator!

Great workout! This was my first time taking this class and Omero came over and fixed my form when he saw that I didn't quite understand some of the movements, huge plus! Great energy and I plan on taking it again.
