About this class

For those that are bikini-inspired for a butt to be admired, this booty-burning class is for you! A combination of squats; mat work; leg lifts, pumps and extensions; hip thrusts; pulses; holds, and more are used to target, tone and strengthen those gluteal muscles. This class utilizes ankle weights, yoga blocks, and resistance bands to continually challenge and sculpt the lower body. Work hard in Bikini Butt and get toned and trimmed thighs, and a firmer, tighter, higher, booty-full butt!

Great class but they could definitely use new equipment at this studio. The velcro on their ankle weighs are all worn out and all the ankle weights have the dust/sand coming out of them. Tiffany is a great creative teacher though! I love all her classes!

The class is great and I really like the instructor, but I feel the studio is dirty and not sanitary. I don't think equipment gets cleaned (kettle bells, medicine balls, ankle weights). With so many sweaty people touching them, they should be de-germed.

Was a little crowded and hot and definitely not a personal experience, but it was fun. Good variation of exercises and cute/upbeat instructor. You can go at your own pace and customize workout, which is nice!

Great class- my legs were shaking from the start! I like how Elise would explain the exercises before we did them. Definitely helpful for a new comer!
