Please bring a yoga mat and towel. Please refrain from wearing perfume and artificial scents. This allows all students to breath freely.

How to get there

Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Your spot can be given away 5 minutes prior to class start time to those on standby.

Great class, but definitely a hard class. Im fairly fit and do a lot of hot yoga and cardio separately, but doing cardio in a hot yoga room is a whole different experience. You truly feel like you get a great workout which is awesome. Definitely drink a ton of water and eat a few hours before class to avoid passing out, and come ready to get drenched!

Precious may be little but she is fierce! This all body work out kicked my butt but in a good way. This was my first class so certain moves were difficult but she always gives an easier option which is nice.

What is ClassPass?
