About this class

Interval training classes are 50 minutes in length. They include a brief warmup, followed by a series of low skill, functional exercises (i.e. bodyweight squats, medicine ball throws and kettlebell swings) and performed in a circuit-style manner. The interval classes focus solely on conditioning.

I really loved this class and the instructor! 9/10 would go again but definitely dont go if youre a germaphobe because a lot of the activities you have to do on the dirty floor :)

i usually really like this class. they had a sub who took 20 min to explain and demo exercises. class ran well over time. had to leave before the workout was complete. will definitely be back because i go all the time and its normally much better. but this session was not great.

I got a great workout but the instructor did not seem as engaged with the participants and basically just read out the instructions and timing rather than going around, checking on form and demonstrating

Was a little too fast-paced/disorganized. Wouldve liked to have had more of an emphasis placed on proper form rather than achieving x number of reps in a given time.

The workout could have been harder seeing it was such a short class.

It's a great workout and definitely left sore. The class size is huge though and there's not much attention given to proper form. It's more about powering through.
