Learn the basics of Muay Thai Muay Thai is a Thai combat sport also known as the art of eight limbs because it relies on combining the use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet. In terms of sport it is a great choice because it requires a well-rounded physical regimen, honing an MMA fighter's sense of efficiency.

How to prepare

You must train with a mouthguard, and strikers are to use 16oz gloves. If you are kicking you are to wear martial arts shin pads at a minimum. No jewellery when training and please properly wrap up any cuts with tape

This studio is located at 27 Park Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 right in the middle of the Sydney CBD. Open Sparring is a 2 minute walk from Town Hall station, inside the same building as F45. Look for our A-Frame and window sign!
