About this class

A class for all levels from beginners and experienced students. Instruction given while moving from one posture to the next. The class will be designed around a flow with basic postures. Moderate intensity and moderate heat. Somewhat more challenging than an Intro Class. 85-90 or more degrees.

There is a parking lot out front. Usually you will find a space. If the lot is full, there is street parking behind the studio.

I love this studio, but not this instructor. Studio is always clean and tidy and heat is great. This class was ok. Very very basic flow. Never gave any hands on assists, not even to students who were in poses incorrectly and could possibly harm themselves. He dragged out some of his words and never stopped talking under savasana. A little silence is nice.

such an amazing workout! Absolutely loved it.

Hot and sweaty! Good class but pace was a little quicker than I prefer. Not as much time to breathe in poses, but overall good flow and stretching.
