About this class

Our Intro to Yoga is a basics class that allows the yoga student the opportunity to learn the yoga poses in a slower moving environment. The yoga poses will be broken down to their basic elements and will include modification so any student can safety practice. It is taught at a slower pace allowing for gentle transitions between postures. This practice will have both gentle and challenging aspects to it. This class is suitable for all a wide range of body types, fitness levels, and ages and will benefit students new to yoga as well as experienced students looking for an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the poses. At least five to ten Intro to Power Yoga is recommended before moving on to a Moderate or Power class. Students can choo

There is a parking lot out front. Usually you will find a space. If the lot is full, there is street parking behind the studio.

This was my third yoga class at Open Doors and this was HORRIBLE! Music was loud, obnoxious and the wrong choice. At once point, the instructor has on Celtic music during a flow series. AWFUL! I left with more stress and anxiety than I walked in with.

What is ClassPass?
