About this class

This class moves you slowly through postures in a nurturing environment. With plenty of time to focus on breathing and alignment, these accessible sessions will meet you wherever you are and allow for a relaxing close to the end of practice. This class is great for beginners. Room will be heated to around 80 degrees.

How to get there

There is a parking lot out front. Usually you will find a space. If the lot is full, there is street parking behind the studio.

What is ClassPass?
