This was an insanely hard workout. Im sore but in an amazing way. I feel like I lost a million pounds! Very hard but fun and rewarding!

this is a weird class. I didn't know what tabata was before i took the class, and still have no idea what it is after. the instructor didnt give an intro to the class, talk to us through the exercises, or even state her name. The workout was ok- it basically consisted of doing reps of three excercises, 20 secs each, three times- and made me sweat a bit, but with no reference to what the workout was supposed to accomplish, i didn't feel i got much out if it.
Response from the studio:
Thank you fro your feedback. We will make sure that it will not be the case in the future. Tataba boot camp is 20 secs of work and 10 secs of rest and you repeat the exsersice 8 times then you move to the next exersice in the same manner.
