This yoga workout focuses on losing weight, toning and strengthening your body. We’ll take you through a series of poses that are designed to transition from one to another so seamlessly you’ll feel like you’re flowing through them. You’ll repeat each pose several times, with small adjustments in intensity to build a stronger, more stable body.this class designed to strengthen the whole body. You’ll do drills to improve your strength, stamina and flexibility, with little rest between poses. Leave class with improved lean muscle mass, more energy and a sense of calm.This class also strengthen your core.Your stronger core will give you better support for your spine and help improve your posture. You’ll also gain better awareness of your body, so that you’ll be able to move more efficiently in your everyday activities. How to prepare
Wear comfortable sweat pants, leggings or shorts and a top that is not too baggy. Footwear is not required as you will be barefoot.
