About this class

The aim of HIIT Yoga is to strengthen the whole body and teach the body to maintain its balance, thus support a healthy spine. This class emphasis on abs-focused yoga poses and some very challenging moves with variations of muscle-toning purpose. A powerful core helps in preventing injuries and provides assistance in performing other yoga poses. It also provide a strong foundation for practitioners to increase their strength and flexibility. Some dynamic flow will be incorporated in the class with the intention to develop strength and flexibility, increase stamina, improves the ability to focus, release tensions and remove toxins through sweating. HIIT Yoga - reshape your body and mind! Suitable for all Levels.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable sweat pants, leggings or shorts and a top that is not too baggy. Footwear is not required as you will be barefoot. Rent a bath towel @ $1 Bring your padlock or rent a padlock @$2

Great class as we were all sweating so much afterwards! Instructor was very motivating, she's also very attentive to everyone's needs and she will help to correct our postures as well. Pace of the class was good too.

Drenched in sweat! It tested my perseverance. left the class feeling refreshed and stretched. This is the workout that make me crave for more. Monika was attentive to our posture and it was paced well.
