How to prepare

Wear workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to sign in. All first time visitors must fill out a waiver directly with ONE Nation Fitness upon arrival. Any user who does not sign the waiver will not be permitted to join class.

I like the workouts but sometimes it's hard to find a suitable partner. I exercise frequently but am a small person. So depending on the workout, people are either too big for me to partner with or really out of shape. Providing more alternatives or workouts that can more easily accommodate different strength levels and sizes would be helpful.
Intermediate Crossfit Class
The schedule indicates a multimidality work out including rowing, running and strength. In fact it was an hour of presses - just shoulder work. (Not great with a rotator cuff injury which I never would have signed up for)

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit. Each day our CrossFit class has different programing which adds to the variety of the experience for our athletes. Thursdays and Sundays tend to be very cardio. If you would like to come back on one of those days for another class, please let us know.

What is ClassPass?
