Kundalini Yoga Radiant Flow | Inner Vision | Breath Ha|Tha Room A dynamic, mindful practice and wisdom teaching, Yoga with Lea is about inner and outer alignment, a rejuvenation of mind and body that supports that which is highest in you! Kundalini Yoga Kriyas are an experience of balance, clarity and joy. Join us for a sacred, stunning sequence of asana (posture), movement, Pranayama (breath), dyana (meditation), mantra (sacred sound) and visualization. If you have never taken Kundalini Yoga before, these pure, often ancient techniques are as given by Yogi Bhajan. You will connect with great strength and peace within yourself through exploring the "inner vision" of your breath! Lea gives sensitive postural corrections and hands-on assists as an integral part of this work. Everyone, all levels are welcome!

How to prepare
Please bring a mat, wear yoga apparel or loose clothing, and bring water to stay hydrated - the studio offers a water filling station if you need to refill a container. If you are attending a heated class, bring a towel or towel mat.
How to get there
Please come in through the parking lot entrance! Best parking is available in the parking lot behind the studio. Entrance to lot is off Washington Ave, next to Lavender and Honey. Enter through the door with the One Life Yoga sign above it. Parking can be a challenge on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If needed, you can also park on Hill Ave and enter thru our Hill Ave door!
