About this class

Our signature class is set to the tune of loud energetic playlists consisting of hip hop, techno, pop and all the tunes we love. This class will kick your ass physically and mentally! NOT a traditional yoga class, SWEAT is the class for those looking to get an extra boost of cardio. Are you down for challenging, out of the box yoga flows, lots of core work and maybe a little booty shaking thrown in the mix? Release fears, step out of your comfort zone, work muscles you never knew you had and let your crazy out to upbeat and energetic playlists. Bring your friends and get ready to get sweaty! Note: The room gets pretty SWEATy. We set the temp to 80, but with all that work we put in, it heats up. This class moves fast, so some familiarity with yoga is recommended.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
