About this class

This Pilates Mat classes is designed to strengthen core muscles and align the body. Using the Pilates foundation of slow, sustained, controlled movement their classes will help you achieve a balanced, lean muscular physique. At One Body Studios, they also incorporate the use of Pilates props to assist our students in properly executing these fun and challenging exercises.

Lacked the flow of a traditional mat Pilates class where one movement flows into the next even if a stretch is the transition between movements. Kind of an odd Pilates class where you hold a position for as long as you would hold a yoga one.

Good core workout, very relaxing and got a good sweat. Don't expect to sweat or calorie burn though. Great instruction for beginners and variations to make things more difficult. Probably more like yogilates though

Good for beginners. Reminded me of an ab workout video, but she mentioned ways thatto challenge yourself. Ive had mat pilates classes in the past that involved arms or legs but this is just pure core. Staff was friendly. Very busy!

This definitely should be advertised as a "Yogilates" Class. Arm and leg exercises were neglected and the studio didn't even have me sign a waiver?

What is ClassPass?
