About this class

This highly motivating class was built to test you and keep you maintaining a higher threshold of intensity during longer bouts of exercise. Burn calories while increasing performance and lean muscle mass. Intense, well-structured, standardized challenges are timed so their soldiers can watch their progress. Rowers, treadmills, sleds, chin-ups and much more are entwined to give one of the most motivating, badass workouts in the world.

How to prepare

Make sure you've eaten and are properly hydrated. A meal with substantial carbohydrates, a bit of protein, and healthy fats 2 hours before and something small like a piece of fruit 30 minutes to 1 hour before is ideal. We recommend to always be properly hydrated but consume at least 500 ml of water 2 hours before. They'll take care of your warm-up but you can also come and use a roller and the bands in their stretching room. All you need is your shoes, whatever you're most comfortable working out in, and your best effort.

How to get there

TTC They city's public transportation will take you steps from their facility's door. Streetcar #501 stop #3055 - Queen St East and Laing St will leave only a 200m walk to our entrance (3min). Parking There are several free parking spots right in front of their building on Eastern Ave and Laing St. during different hours. Just make sure to park on the right side during rush hours. Biking They have bike racks right in front of our building installed just for you. They always encourage locking your bike for safety.

This class was awesome! It’s perfect for you if you like to combine high intensity cardio with strength training. Relatively tough but you can pick your own weights to best calibrate. Will definitely come back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
