About this class

HIIT to the Beat: HIIT-based class completed in time to the music with body-weight & plyometric movement ending in a 10 minute yoga stretch. A challenging, up-beat class - press ups, squats, burpees and lots of sweat. The instructor must be made aware of any injuries 5 minutes prior to class starting.

How to prepare

For RIDE class, bring normal workout shoes or clip-ins with mountain bike cleats, currently NO SPIN SHOES are provided. Arrive 5 minutes before class to ensure sufficient time for check in. Your spot will be released to the wait list if you are not on site 3 minutes prior to class start. You must be in the class studio 1 minute prior to start time or access will be denied for health and safety. The instructor must be made aware of any injury 5 minutes before class start time. We have limited shower, locker and changing facilities.

How to get there

Oncore is a two minute walk from Clapham Common tube station (Northern Line), at 65 Clapham Park Road. Parking is available close by, off Clapham Park Road in Sainsbury's covered car park, £1/hour for up to 2 hours or parking will be deducted from Sansbury's shopping bill. Street parking is also available close by at a rate of £3/hour Free Street parking on Triangle Place is also available except Monday to Friday 8.30am to 8.30pm.

It was my first time doing this class and it’s a great combination of a high intensity workout and yoga. The studio is modern and well equipped and Chrissy was a really fantastic teacher, motivating and super friendly. Will be back!

Good but a bit chaotic. A HIIT class that is held entirely on yoga mats (no shoes) and based on following a repetition of movements to music. Pulsing squats, frog jumps, high knees, etc. followed by a quick yoga flow. Can be difficult to follow instructor.

The class was an interesting format with each song being a combination of repetition movements for different body parts and cardio. Since the class is fast paced, the instructor demoed a few trickier movements before we got started. The description is a little confusing, but this is a different format than their other hiit class, and all work was done on a yoga mat.
