How to prepare
All classes require a towel! Bring water! Yoga: please bring a mat! Our classes follow very unique programming, so on any given day and week please be prepared for unique themes, functions, and methodology. Come in open minded and ready to have fun and work hard!
How to get there
We are on the corner of Murphy Canyon Rd and Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Right off the 15 freeway!
