About this class

This class is structured in a circuit layout, rotating from station to station in a timed interval. The timed intervals allow us to accommodate all fitness levels and assist you in reaching any goal by applying the correct strategy!  We program based on a 7 day layout; depending on the day you could be doing any function from: body weight, HIIT, Balance & Stability, Strength & Power, Cardio, Metabolic Conditioning, and or a combination of it all together! We say, to get the best idea of how great NXPT is you must come at least 3 days to see the variety!  Bosu ball, Battle Ropes, TRX, Kickboxing, Hurdles, Ladders, Kettlebells, Barbells, Dumbells, Dynamax balls, Tires, Rope Climbs, Bar work, Isometrics, Atlas stones, Jump rope, and anything else that the ever changing fitness industry offers- you can find it daily, weekly, and monthly at NXPT!  Come see why San Diego has voted NXPT #1 for the last 5 years!

How to prepare

All classes require a towel! Bring water! Yoga: please bring a mat! Our classes follow very unique programming, so on any given day and week please be prepared for unique themes, functions, and methodology. Come in open minded and ready to have fun and work hard!

How to get there

We are on the corner of Murphy Canyon Rd and Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Right off the 15 freeway!

Pretty intense its very difficult doing abs for 4 min straight!

Environment and energy is good. But the cadence and organization of the class is subpar. There was too much time wasted on giving instructions. After warmup, instructions went on for 5 1/2 minutes, as muscles all went cold again standing around waiting to start.

What is ClassPass?
