Noon Session at Naksu Muay Thai
About this class
This is NOT an aerobic or cardio session. Authentic Thai-styled training conducted by dedicated trainers who were/are professional fighters themselves, teaching real techniques and conditioning for fighters. Every session include skipping, warm-ups, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, teaching of techniques, cool-down and optional sparring/clinching. While trainers will try to push participants, self-motivation is important. Plenty of time are given for freestyle self-development on the bags.

How to prepare
No foot wear required in gym. Participants are to be in their own comfortable sports wear. Water cooler available in the gym. 3 shower rooms with complimentary shampoo and shower gel but clients need to bring their own towel.
