About this class

We are happy to announce that we recently added the Isophit Strength Trainer to our training sessions. MYOCORTEX is 1 of 60 locations in the world to have this machine. We are the only facility to have all forms of training ISOMETRIC and DYNAMIC. Our semi-private workouts are the safest in the industry. This is a semi-private session with 1-8 people and we expect you to be focused because you will have your weaknesses challenged like never before in a very private setting.

Very good class. I was very impressed. The isophit machine is great for strengthening your muscles. I had not seen this machine before. Very personalized coaching.

Id like to say nothing, so not too many people join and those that know about this secret place can keep it for ourselves. Ha! But Ill be honest and share that Rob does a great job giving a personal and specialized training. Will certainly add this to the class pass rotation!

not an especially imaginative workout, but 3 of the drills / exercises (2 lateral agility & 1 chain box squats) were enough to make it a tiring workout. the instruction was a bit lingo heavy, but the majority of exercises were simple enough to pick up from observing others.

How to get there

MCX is located on the 5th floor within a small white building called McCormick Place across the street from FPL. Please do not park in either lot unless you pay the McCormick parking meter located within the parking lot across the street from the building, NOT the City of Miami meter. Please read signs. There is plenty of city parking around the building and you can pay using the City of Miami Meters.

What is ClassPass?
