CIRCUIT TUESDAY Our circuits are a body conditioning/ endurance type of training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. It’s a series of exercise aimed at complimenting each other over a cycle and prescribed set of time allowing you to push to your maximum efforts. BURST WEDNESDAY Our burst depletion training focuses on short bursts of very intense activity with a less intense “rest period”. Aimed at increasing metabolism, general health and fitness performance. COMBO THURSDAY Our innovative Xperience is what brings a new exciting approach to training by combining ARTS with FITNESS to bring you a new exciting perspective on healthy lifestyle. Dear Ladies for a POLE related classes please wear shorts. for a Aerial art related classes please wear normal fitness wear. for a Flexy classes please wear normal fitness wear + knee pads. for a Pole Hills class please bring your high hills and knee pads with you.
