About this class

A Truly All Levels class for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Class is based on the MOXIE Fundamentals Modifications are provided for the beginners.   Variations offered for the more experienced.   Postures are held for 5-7 breaths.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1. Arrive early, studio doors are locked at class start time in order to protect the facility.

How to get there

Arrive early as studio doors are locked upon class start time. We are unable to make class schedule adjustments or cancellations when made through ClassPass.

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
