These are 30-minute classes, primarily focused on bodyweight strength training. WHO IS IT FOR? Those who want STRENGTH - that's everybody right? Those who want RIPPED MUSCLE - Come to The Strength Sessions frequently and your muscles will grow. Eat well and you'll get ripped. Those who want TONING AND SCULPTING - for ladies, the template is designed around creating amazing bikini bodies. Come frequently, train your muscles and eat right and you will get your best ever physique. Those who want better PERFORMANCE -The Strength Sessions will give you a great base for athletic performance.

How to prepare

LOGISTICS: Towels, lockers, showers, shower gel, shampoo and hair-dryers are all provided. Open gym time and pool use sadly not included. Please try to be ready for the class just 5-minutes early and mentally prepare to show them what you got! Tell reception you're here for the classes and they'll point you to the upstairs section of the gym. MIND: Then get ready to concentrate, give your all and get the most out of every set, imagining how your body would adapt to regular, serious, high-frequency strength sessions. That's what they're about!

How to get there

We are in the hotel gym at Le Meridien Piccadilly. Enter the Hotel by the main entrance, then go down the stairs on your right... Follow the sign and you'll find the Health Club. Report in at the reception, tell them you're here to see Tom Whelan. They will arm you with towels and point you to the changing rooms. Once you're ready, find your way to the upstairs portion of the gym and you'll find us on the red and black mats (probably running 2 minutes behind our schedule).

What is ClassPass?
