About this class

Moksha yoga is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. The traditional 40 posture series is done in a 90 minute class, though there are 60 and 75 minute condensed versions. This class is suitable for students of all levels. Please ALWAYS arrive 5 min early when registered with ClassPass or else your reservation will be offered to a drop-in student. Please arrive 15 min early for your first class so you can fill out a waiver, meet the teacher, and get acquainted with the space.

The work out was good, nice studio but I’ve never done yoga in a studio where they cram so many people in so close together that you cant stretch out at all and if you bend forward your butt is right in someone’s face. That is a big con for me.

Please bring a yoga mat, large towel, water bottle and clothes to sweat in. Mats and towels are also available for a $2 rental fee.

What is ClassPass?
