How it works

About this class

This is a 75 minute endurance class that will combine a cardio cycling workout that engages the mind and body. We will use our entire body as we move in and out of the saddle, work our arms with hand weights and move our bodies to the beat of the music. We highly encourage the use of cycling shoes (SPD). Shoes are also available for rental. Bring a water bottle - you will need it.

How to get there

MOJO Cycling Studio is centrally located on the Country Club Plaza directly above the Sprint Store. Enter through the doorway between Tumi and Francesca's. Parking is available on the street and in nearby parking garages.

What is ClassPass?
