About this class

Utilizing top of the line Balanced Body® equipment, MNT's athletic approach to Pilates on the Reformer allows for newbies and seasoned Pilates practitioners alike to experience a workout like never before. In just 50 minutes, you will strengthen, lengthen, and tone every inch of your body. Reformer classes are limited to 8 participants, so you get lots of attention and form correction from the instructor. Come prepared to work hard and leave feeling accomplished!

How to prepare

If it's your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before class so that the MNT staff can get you checked in and show you around. MNT requires that you wear socks that cover the entire foot for all classes except yoga. Grip socks are recommended so that you don't slip. They are sold in the MNT boutique if you need a new pair.

This class was super hard and challenging which I LOVED! Trish is a wonderful instructor! She has great control of her class, gave a lot of hands-on corrections and has a really good eye to make sure that everyone is in the correct form. She also played really good music and there werent any annoying car alarm noises that made me want to leave the class. I will definitely come back and take her class again!

Ehhh Ive been doing Pilates for years... basically trying all the instructors out now that theres no way you can get into gabbys class through ClassPass. Sarahs class was closer to a barre class on a reformer.

Sarah was great! Spring load seemed light at first, but she kills you with the high reps (in a good way, I want to be challenged and feel sore!) she was attentive and helped to correct my form as well! Great class

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
