About this class

MNTbarre is an energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Designed to give you a dancer's body, you will soon become addicted to this music-filled class and quickly see dramatic results. Classes are mixed level yet vigorous, so if you have a major injury or are brand new to MNTbarre, please call the studio first to ensure this class is appropriate for you.

How to prepare

If it's your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before class so that the MNT staff can get you checked in and show you around. MNT requires that you wear socks that cover the entire foot for all classes except yoga. Grip socks are recommended so that you don't slip. They are sold in the MNT boutique if you need a new pair.

The studio had a gorgeous luxury spa experience to it. I could just stay there all day which makes me motivated to come back and work out! Barre with Carlie didn't require much movement but it was a super challenging full-body workout. Great and effective exercise in just 50 min!
