About this class

MNTbarre is an energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Designed to give you a dancer's body, you will soon become addicted to this music-filled class and quickly see dramatic results. Classes are mixed level yet vigorous, so if you have a major injury or are brand new to MNTbarre, please call the studio first to ensure this class is appropriate for you. MNTbarre is accessible to you throughout pregnancy so long as you have the approval of your doctor. Socks are mandatory for all MNT classes, and we highly recommend using grip socks. We sell them at the studio in case you need to purchase them.

Gabby’s class was amazing!!! It was HARD AF, but she was so motivating the entire time and even had the class laughing through the pain at certain points. I also loved how she switched up the props and poses. It made the class feel exciting and challenging in a brand new way.

New instructor. Need more ab work and even amount of exercise btwn glutes and quads. Better playlist will help to do moves with beat of the music. A bit more training for instructor needed but there’s potential.

How to prepare

If it's your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before class so that the MNT staff can get you checked in and show you around. MNT requires that you wear socks that cover the entire foot for all classes except yoga. Grip socks are recommended so that you don't slip. They are sold in the MNT boutique if you need a new pair. We have a pristine private restroom with a shower, which costs $3 for non-MNT members, and is included with a MNT membership.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
