About this class

This bootcamp-style class takes Pilates to a whole new level. Set to upbeat and motivating music, MNT Pilates Bootcamp incorporates props, cardio intervals, and proven fitness techniques to keep your heart rate up, burn calories, and make you sweat. Classes are mixed level yet vigorous. Bring a water bottle and be prepared to feel the burn! Socks are mandatory for all MNT classes, and we highly recommend using grip socks. We sell them at the studio in case you need to purchase them.

The rubber band work was amazing!! Please add this type of exercise to more classes - very effective (at least for me!). Ana was welcoming, positive, coordinated and provide good modifications. A great workout at MNTSTUDIO as always.

Gabby is an incredible instructor. I love how she makes adjustments the whole class and truly cares about making sure everyone has a great class. Love the modifications too!! She goes above and beyond and is one of the best fitness instructors in San Francisco.

This class, and Cara, are my best ClassPass find. It’s different every week, but the energy and motivation are always high. If you want to sweat, and tone, and have someone fun pushing you, give this a go.

Not much pilates, didn’t feel that it had much abs work and the abs exercises put too much strain on the neck. Not much arm work either.

How to prepare

If it's your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before class so that the MNT staff can get you checked in and show you around. MNT requires that you wear socks that cover the entire foot for all classes except yoga. Grip socks are recommended so that you don't slip. They are sold in the MNT boutique if you need a new pair. We have a pristine private restroom with a shower, which costs $3 for non-MNT members, and is included with a MNT membership.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
