About this class

Burn extra calories! We mix in cardio interval training with weights and spring resistance on the Reformers and/or Springboards. You may be doing an interval session with jumping jacks, lunges or JumpBoard, followed with classic Pilates work. Appropriate for students who have been introduced to the Reformer before. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable workout clothes that you feel OK sweating in. You don’t have to wear shoes or socks, although you can wear grip socks if it is more comfortable. They have electrolyte water for you if you want to bring a bottle. They also have small towels and toiletries at the studio. They have cool lemon, lavender, eucalyptus towels for after class. They offer Mighty Foundations classes if you are new to Pilates. They ask that all client have taken at least 3 Pilates reformer classes or Privates before jumping into other classes.

How to get there

The entrance is a bit tricky: enter on 7th Street, across from Starbucks or the back door is above Chase Bank in the back parking lot. You'll need to walk through class to see us in the office - don't worry... everyone does it! There is FREE one-hour parking behind the building. Just come on up the back stairs. There is also free 2-hour parking on the residential streets nearby.

Nathanael was hysterical and made a challenging class go by so quickly. His man-splaining at the end was a morning highlight. Not sure Id consider it cardio, but definitely felt a burn.

What is ClassPass?
