About this class

Get in touch with the core strength necessary to support your asanas. Tone your muscles and deepen your breath through targeted exercises that will complement your vinyasa practice, using props such as weights, rollers, and Therabands. You'll leave class feeling vibrant, long and strong. Open to all levels, however, this class is not suitable for expecting mothers.

The studio is nice and has plenty of space to change. The class very good and challenging and I liked the instructor. I haven't taken a class in a while and this one and this one has made me reconsider that.

Nice vinyasa class. I enjoyed the pace of this class, however wouldnt recommend this for those looking for a core class. This was more of a foundational flow.

How to prepare

You may bring a towel and a water bottle (reusable is best!). Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but rental mats are provided for $2 if needed. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes. Be prepared to be barefoot – socks should not be worn to avoid slipping.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, 5 minutes before the start of class we start opening up spots to our waitlist.
