Social distancing measures
We have always maintained 6 feet of distance between clients and we will continue to provide that plus extra precautions during all of our workouts.
Extra sanitation
All equipment and high touch surfaces will be cleaned between each class. Each client is expected to bring a sweat towel with them.
Equipment policies
Boxing gloves and personal sweat towels are required for each class. If you do not own a pair of gloves they are available for rent or purchase.
