Happy Hour with Robin
I had a minor hamstring pull and was looking for something lower impact than my usual workout and settled on yoga. Because what could go wrong? Apparently, everything. I left the class with a worse hamstring injury than I came in with because the class moved SO RIDICULOUSLY FAST!! It’s basically a circuit class with yoga poses. No time to actually stretch. I mean, isn’t that the point of taking a yoga class? And unless you know what all the poses are called, you’ll spend most of your time trying to see what everyone else is doing because the instructor talks so fast. Definitely not going back.

Not a great class, I really think she needs more training, her transitions through poses made no sense and a lot of them were like full body movements to something else, she also talked way too much at the beginning of class, it was annoying

Great class, a little too fast paced.
Happy Hour with Robin
One of the worst yoga teachers Ive taken a class from; Robin is supposed to be an experienced yoga instructor from reading her bio. This class could have been much better paced. Stretches and breaths take longer than one second before being asked to move onto the next pose. Robin needs to do better at giving the class enough space and time to breathe, stretch, and absorb each pose. The entire class seemed to be out of sync from each other, and it didnt seem like the teacher was able to read the class. I ended up just doing my own pace and could have done a similar session at home by myself, for free. This is not the first class Ive taken from Robin (I tried to give it a few chances), and it is consistently the same problem. Will not be returning to another class with Robin at Laughing Lotus or elsewhere.

Amazing! Inspiring and challenging
Happy Hour with Janine
Choppy flow that was not challenging, I didnt break a sweat. Music was also off putting and didnt seem to match the movements. Disappointing :(
