About this class

33% weights, 33% cycling, 33% plyometrics and core. One hour class. Find out what you are really made of in this class. Three rotating sections that build in intensity. Just when you think you can't take anymore, we push you to dig deeper. (Because of the intense nature of this class, it is not recommended that you take more than 2 body circuit classes per week.) Props used: indoor cycles, Dumbells and Bosu trainers. Parking is available in the Design Center garage, adjacent to our facility on Doggett St. Please bring your ticket with you to the studio for a 90-minute parking validation

How to prepare

Jame Scott Fitness is equipt with showers and complimentary toiletries; towels are provided. For all of their classes, they ask that you wear comfortable athletic wear and bring water. For cycling classes, they encourage you to bring cycling shoes equipped with SPD cleats. Please note that cycling shoes are not required, but suggested. Shoes are available for rent or purchase. For yoga classes and classes that incorporate core work, they suggest bringing your own mat. Mats are also available for rent.

How to get there

Jamie Scott Fitness is conveniently located at the corner of W Tremont Ave and Hawkins St. Parking is available in the Design Center garage, adjacent to their studio on Doggett St. 90-minute parking validations are provided, so please bring your ticket with you.
