The IM=X® Pilates eight basic sequences are taught on the Xercizer while emphasizing the IM=X® fundamentals, appropriate form and flow. Tones and stretches every muscle group. Recommended for new members and existing members who want to focus on improving execution!

How to prepare
Socks with grippy bottoms are required for all pilates, yoga and barre classes and are available for purchase at the studio. Students should also bring a yoga mat and water. Please wear sneakers for POUND classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are new to the studio.
How to get there
The entrance to the studio is located behind Sherwin Williams. Drive along the right side of the building to the rear parking lot. The entrance is under the purple awning.
