About this class

This class is the INTRODUCTORY version of our Basic Xercizer class designed for new clients curious about IM=X® Pilates, seniors and existing customers wanting to improve their technique. Get the benefits of working on the pilates machine! Tone and stretch every muscle group and raise your heart rate -- all in one session. Your trainer will guide you through eight IM=X sequences-- a total body workout.

How to prepare

Socks with grippy bottoms are required for all pilates, yoga and barre classes and are available for purchase at the studio. Students should also bring a yoga mat and water. Please wear sneakers for POUND classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are new to the studio.

How to get there

The entrance to the studio is located behind Sherwin Williams. Drive along the right side of the building to the rear parking lot. The entrance is under the purple awning.

What is ClassPass?
