About this class
An extremely dynamic and versatile workout, TRX Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body workout based on suspension training and using your own body weight and gravity to strengthen and tone your entire body while developing balance, flexibility and core stability. Workouts are challenging without being overwhelming. TRX tones and shapes the body without adding unnecessary bulk but, don’t be mistaken, it is by no means easy. Each participant grips the TRX suspended trainers with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles to complete each exercise. By simply changing the angle of your body, you are able to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise.

NEXT LEVEL 360 - This class offers all aspects of cardiovascular and strength training.
