About this class

An extremely dynamic and versatile workout, TRX Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body workout based on suspension training and using your own body weight and gravity to strengthen and tone your entire body while developing balance, flexibility and core stability. Workouts are challenging without being overwhelming. TRX tones and shapes the body without adding unnecessary bulk but, don’t be mistaken, it is by no means easy. Each participant grips the TRX suspended trainers with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles to complete each exercise. By simply changing the angle of your body, you are able to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise.

Everyone was so welcoming. The workout was really hard but a lot of fun!

Mike put together an excellent workout. Too bad it was ruined by all the chattering of some of the participants in the 4:45am class. SO MUCH TALKING that it too away the value of the otherwise incredible workout.

Circuit class including rowing machine, pushing a sled, and TRX. Not just a TRX class as expected or described. Light on instruction and form cues.

Tough, but great class! Definitely not a TRX workout. We only did a couple of TRX exercises at the beginning. It's more of a HIIT strength training class, but I still loved it. Class was small and lots of personal attention was given.

Excellent full body workout, pushed me to my limits and Mike was very encouraging and helpful !!

The instructor Mike was so fun and it was a great class!! Im feeling it today in the best way!

Workout was good, but definitely wasn't a true TRX class. It was more of a circuit training/boot camp with stations that included very few TRX exercises.

What is ClassPass?
